The Wellnest is a women-only wellness and beauty studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, booking system and in-studio visits, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

• Identity & contact: full name, mobile number, email address.
• Booking history: services booked, dates, staff, notes you choose to share.
• Payment metadata: amount, currency, transaction status. We do not see or store your card number — payments are handled directly by Tap Payments.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (via Google Analytics).

• Confirming, reminding and managing your appointments.
• Sending booking confirmations, reschedule notices and review requests.
• Keeping a customer profile so our team can personalise your visits.
• Understanding website traffic to improve our content.

We share data only with service providers strictly needed to run the business:

• Tap Payments — payment processing.
• Our secure cloud database — booking and customer records.
• Email & WhatsApp providers — sending transactional messages.
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics.

We never sell your personal data.

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

We may send occasional updates about new rituals and seasonal offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting us.

Booking and customer records are kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years afterwards, to meet accounting and consumer-protection requirements.
