Terms & Conditions

By booking a service or visiting The Wellnest, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To secure an appointment, guests choose one of two payment options at checkout:

• 20% deposit, with the balance settled in studio on the day.
• Full prepayment with a 5% discount on the total.

Payments are processed by Tap Payments. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened to protect the next guest's time, or forfeited entirely with the deposit retained.

The Wellnest is a women-only studio. Guests must be 16 years or older. Minors aged 16–17 require parental consent and an accompanying adult on the first visit.

Please inform us before your visit of any pregnancy, allergy, skin condition, medical history or recent surgery that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a service for your safety.

We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful to staff or other guests, or where a treatment would be unsafe.

Lockers are provided. The Wellnest is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left unattended on the premises.

To protect the privacy of all guests, photography and video recording are not permitted inside treatment rooms. The studio occasionally photographs interior spaces for marketing; no guest is photographed without prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, images, video, logos and the "Wellnest" name in Arabic and English — is the property of The Wellnest and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The Wellnest takes care to deliver safe, professional treatments. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for any single booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
